Still full on pressure. Not just or even mainly the volume of work but all the blame and other c**p that seems to be hitting me. To be honest I feel as though I'm caught in general crossfire as people jostle for position with diminishing resources and there has certainly felt like a huge culture change where you have to fight your own corner or perish.

Sorry for being a bit glum. Hopefully things will look brighter once this week is over.
