Great Crested Grebe

Today was the final day of the recce for the trip I'm running for our photo society in a few weeks. We stopped off at a few places, but this was the only one I took my "proper" camera out for. Nowhere near as easy as the gannets we'd photographed the previous day but my patience paid off and this Great Crested Grebe came close enough for some shots. Extras of the same Grebe pulling a funny face and the last imperfect one of a Little Grebe which came scooting past, alas when I'd had my camera set on f8 to photograph a group of ducks. It was great to see though.
