Green fingers.....

We headed for Sawston, Cambs last evening. D was going to help J finish digging over his allotment and at the last minute I decided to go too. 

While the boys dug (see my extra taken during a satsuma break, and the allotment is twice the size it looks here) I did some things at home and thoroughly enjoyed J&A's garden. They have so many shared hobbies and their garden is one of them and is a tribute to their hard work. And so are the meals that result. All veg are home grown. It seems hard to believe they have been back from their travels for over a week. Both have settled back into routine smoothly!


Brilliant traffic free journey home in glorious sunshine and a quiet evening. 

We will meet the Little People early tomorrow and enjoy their company for two days....NICE!
