Sunshine

Continued wardrobe sort. Years and years of clothes being sold or given to charity, nearly done!

Sunshine was amazing today and I did a massive white clothes wash using a light bleach. Some of the clothes I washed I haven't worn for a couple of years so they are off to Age Concern. A few pieces I will list on eBay in the hope someone will pay me a few quid for them.

Watching the Folk Awards from the RAH. I suspect that's a great night out!

Late night blip, suddenly realised I'd taken no photos today. I'm wearing a 'reclaimed' cashmere jumper, it's looking a bit worse for wear and about 10 years old. Mr H insisted it was his till he saw the label.

This weekend I spent two hours sitting outside doing nothing. It was nice :-) the outdoor steps have been repaired as much as possible (not my toil, I've been cooking all the food instead) . The handrail is also sorted, much to my relief. I need to sort the lower step as it is loose and potentially unsafe. I think I'll dismantle it.

Went to Emmaus yesterday and they are collecting a TV and DVD player during the week which I hope they will sell on for their charity.

Watching a bit of Billy Bragg talking about Woodie Guthrie and then I guess it's bath time and the end of the weekend!
