St. Abbs
We started a bit late, but made it nonetheless to St. Abbs. We had a nice walk along the cliffs and ended the day with fish & chips in North Berwick.
Extra: A bronze from Jill Watson, a memorial to 187 fishermen from Cove, St Abbs, Eyemouth and Burnmouth, who drowned on the 14th October 1881 - Britain's worst fishing disaster. I have seen a similar bronze in Cove. I find them very moving.
