Exhausted

Raquetball this morning. Will, unsurprisingly, is good at this. Then half an hour later roller disco. Carys used her core strength to good affect and improved massively. Both enjoyed both activities.

Lunch outside followed by a request from Will to watch Brave, so they did. More swimming followed and the home for tea and bed. No wonder he's tired.
