It's all in the timing!

My 'coach' made sure we were up and running nice and early this morning....he'd obviously been checking the forecast as we ran in sunshine and were home in plenty time to miss the hail. What a good boy!

My two running mates are away at the moment so I was very glad of Caley's enthusiasm on our outing. I decided not to join him on the cool down swim though!

Working through a wee list of admin type jobs but I think I'm seeing the sun coming out again so they may have to wait.....
