Heron landing at Marton Mere

I've had a very nasty cold over the past few days (and weeks)  and I'm still not 100%. There comes a point, however, when I get totally fed up of not going out, so I've  been out anyway - although it wasn't far.

I haven't had a cold in many, many months, and then suddenly I get three, one after the other!
