London weekend #1

This bus realised just too late that the road it was on was closed further up past St. Paul's and so had to carry out a 3-point turn (I think it was more like a 23 point turn) right in front of the cathedral.

Stunning weather today in London, not a cloud in the sky. A very early start to catch our flight down this morning. Once we had dropped our bags off at the hotel we headed for the tube and into the city. Walked around town visiting amongst other places, Borough market (wonderful, will definitely visit again), a walk along the river, crossed the millennium bridge and up to St. Paul's then back to the hotel to check in and get changed before heading out to see an American in Paris tonight with our friends daughter in the cast.
