Mae Hong Son Loop (again) Day 2

We got up late and had a long lunch, then hit the road towards Mae Sariang, doing the longer version of the loop which I didn't do last time.

Along the way we stopped at a river by the side of the road where loads of locals were relaxing and swimming. We dipped our feet in the water and sat for an hour with a drink watching the kids play. It was a really lovely glimpse at rural life.

We arrived in Mae Sariang at our guesthouse by a river and went for some food in town. There were a handful of other foreigners, also on a road trip, but there wasn't much tourism.
