The Wrong Day?

Yes, it could be that we chose the wrong day to play at Lottbridge golf course, Eastbourne. All of the greens had been liberally sanded. They certainly didn't stint on it. Putting was a bit of a lottery, but really, I suppose, that would've helped my rather suspect short game, if I'm honest.
Had it not been so busy, we could have produced towels and lilos and relaxed in the spring sunshine, toes in the warm sand. :-)
