Red Pepper

This is part of the central core of a red pepper, (or bell pepper, sweet pepper or capsicum - as you wish) complete with seeds.
The good news is that I made it to work today.
The bad news is that I came home at lunchtime as I felt so bad.
Some might think that those two news items are muddled up.
