Incoming mallard

I didn't go very far today, just into Gala to get some shopping. I stopped at Gunknowe Loch on the way home to look for a blip. This mallard was flying over and just came in to land on the water when I took this shot. I had taken a few of it in flight but I prefer the water slashes in this action shot.

So much for getting four days off again this week, I'm now working tomorrow, the alarm is set for quarter past three again but at least I'll be finished nice and early.
