On the Sandbar

On very low spring tides a sandbar appears on the East Cowes beach for a couple of hours enabling a walk way out into the Solent where you feel as though you can touch the passing ships.
Coupled with the evening light it's a great place to be as long as one keeps an eye on the tides.
