Thirst

Really unwell last night and have been playing catch up with rehydration all day. There is a neon blue light in the bedroom by a plug socket that had come uncovered and had added to a terrible headache (I think this happened to my head last time it came uncovered).

I reckon I've hade three litres of water and tea and I'm still thirsty now. My neck is ever so stiff so I may mention it to the physio when I see her next. Possibly the cranial nerve? ? ?

Lips are rehydrated with Lanolips Lemonaid- very effective indeed!
