Uchiko Oysters

Short visit with J for his elevation to the Chancellor's list in University of Texas law school. Wonderful dinner at this Japanese sushi and treats restaurant. We did the chefs tasting menu and the first course was some beautifully seasoned Oysters, hot and ginger and citrus flavors exploding as they slid down. Excellent
