One of the ugliest buildings in town

Recently the renovation of our historic town centre has been critiscized because of buildings our town has managed to put on the "Hopmarkt". They renovated the Hopmarkt with was an open space with this one of these things. You even have steps on this plaza with is a shame for a 21st century realisation. We are supposed as a community to take into account, the elderly, impaired, ... people. A 20th century architect without the hightech computing devices of now could have taken account for it because of experience...

Anyways this plaza has been elected the worst realisation by some major newspapers in the Flanders...

Negative publicity is perhaps a good thing...
