SUPERFOODS

I decided at short notice to drive down to Mum's and catch up with a few friends who I missed last time round. Naturally when I called them, half of them were heading off to look after poorly relatives and the other half were out (though I've contacted them since). Here's my healthy lunch eaten in the car half way through the journey - an M&S superfoods salad. Oh!! Is that a Gregg's package underneath? Where did that come from?
