beth and daisy had their hair done today - here they are with the north-east's top hairdresser, elaine, all foiled up. I was relegated to tomorrow. beth's now has purply highlights and daisy just had some more blonde bits through the front...both lovely.

we went for a 5.5 mile (58.33, slooow) run at teatime - beefy's first in 3 weeks after hurting his hip. it was windy but nice to have him back running with me even when he was grumbling.

I did some filling in on the anchor today, getting bits sorted before I move on. those red hearts need many coats to hide the white behind it...I think I'll be going over them until the guys come to pick it up.
