the superstructure of the carriers can be seen - one to the left of the old road bridge legs and one between the legs.

What looks like traffic on the 3rd Forth bridge (the furthest away) is just the workings vehicles.

The photo doesn't really show the number of white horses there were on the Forth - there were almost real waves being driven by the wind.
