Today I went out for a ride with Geoff, seen here phoning the office, even though he's just retired. Just can't stop working! Unlike me. We upped the ante today and did just short of 40 miles. You may notice in the background a very nice public house, The Horse and Groom. We did not indulge. It takes the iron will of a true athlete to show such fortitude. I don't know anybody like that!
