Lake Harris

I took lots of snaps around Lake McKenzie but decided on the Triptych. Today took us to Lake Harris, past the Harris Saddle. And here it is.

The Lovely Ange was a bit grumpy because it was raining, cold and cloudy above the Hollyford so we missed out on all the views. But we did have nice views over this side.

Not long afterwards we arrived at the Routeburn Falls Hut. It was another clever disguise. It looked to me like a 100 bed (not bunk) mansion-times-three with hot and cold running tourists, helicopters and other nonsense.

We high-tailed it to the Flats hut which was lovely!
