At the harbour

Lovely sunny day today, but for how long.
Decided it was a good idea to take some photos at the harbour.
This are just a few of the many support and supply vessels that are in and out of Aberdeen on a daily basis, all for the oil and gas business. Aberdeen Harbour is a world class port annually handling around 5 million tonnes of cargo, valued at approximately £1.5 billion
It used to be thriving fishing port.
The harbour board is, apparently the worlds oldest registered company. It came into being in the late 12th century, around the same time that Aberdeen was granted city status by the king.
