A day of remembrance

Today is the 6th anniversary of my dear dad's untimely passing ... and the weather seems to have reflected my mood and the somber-ness of the day.

Gadgetkid, G and us here in HK both cooked one of his famous dishes and enjoyed remembering him and his wonderful hospitality and his love of cooking ... and cooking for anyone and everyone :).

The fog lifted later in the day and the sun shone for a little while and lifted my spirits as I treasured the memories of daddy.

Ev and Addie came later for dinner and that too cheered me up nicely.
