.....by the name of Margaret Merril.

Cyclone Cook has left our shores leaving destruction in some areas and others unharmed. We've been lucky just some rain and light wind while others have had gale force winds, flooding, driving rain and evacuations. My thoughts are with family and friends in Whakatane and surrounding areas, they've had it rough.

My garden has flopped with all the wet weather, the lawn is now green but ever so soggy. Margaret Merril looked stunning smothered in droplets and a little ragged round the edges.

Friday......brought rain and wind this morning while sun broke through this afternoon, temperatures were warmer than expected.
