Posing for their mother

A long day. Various things had to be done before we left on the trip to Hamilton. Consequently we were rather later leaving than I wanted to be. At least by the time we did go, all the weather warnings had been lifted. Unfortunately we hit the heaviest traffic time for the weekend, and what is often only an hour and a quarter trip took us more than four hours, which included a couple of stops.

The boys and their mother and I had a short walk before dinner, and I got this photo on the steps from Alma Street to the Waikato Riverside path.
