Poplars by the Clutha

Taken on the other side of the river from usual.
A patch of sunlight lit these trees up.

The extra shows a wasp stranded on a poplar leaf with Didimo all around.
( sometimes called rock snot)  I felt sorry for it and used a stick to rescue this insect after I had spend some time looking and photographing it.
