Good Friday blossoms

The ornamental cherry trees near our house are in full bloom now. I've added an extra to show a more distant view of them.

We had a very good service at church this morning. I was running the music side of things as we have no organist over Easter. I also did a reading (about Pontius Pilate). This afternoon we have a tea and get together at the church, so it's a busy day. Managed to squeeze some lunch, and a blip, in between! I will butter some hot cross buns to take round to the tea - anything that doesn't involve actual baking suits me!
