Raconteur.

As far as I'm aware there are only one or two pieces of graffiti in our village and this is one of them. It's on a cable cabinet and the other is in a similar location but further up the road. 

Not quite in the same league as the graffiti around the office in Digbeth but then they do have an annual graffiti event called the City of Colours, during the weekend it is on things like this appear! I did hear that sadly it's not happening this year.
