Gardening supervisor

Beautiful day in my mum's garden. We spent nearly the whole day clearing out old plant pots, rediscovering the paths, cutting the grass and generally having a good spring clean. Huge bees were on the blossom and there were frogs calling from the small pond. There was already a large clump of frogspawn in it.

This robin flitted around keeping an eye on what we were up to all the time we were outside. I hope that we disturbed a few worms for him with all our digging and weeding. 

Met up with my nephews and we all went out for pizza in the evening. Good end to a lovely weekend. On to Leeds tomorrow.
