Happy Easter

It's the small acts of kindness that make the most difference - not a grand gesture. I was very touched to get an Easter surprise this afternoon at a local practice. I'd gone in to help them through a wee crisis and the practice manager gave me some Easter chocolate to keep me going. A lovely surprise.
