This afternoon we three went to one of the National Trust Easter trails, at Malleny Gardens.

You had to look for fairly prominent clue cards around the garden and the clues were all pictures of animals, so CyclopsJnr could easily join in finding them and identifying them. At the end he got a chocolate bunny which he was pleased with.

They also had some equipment for pond dipping and we were able to capture and examine a tadpole. CyclopsJnr was very interested in the wigglyness of the tadpole.

But it was all pretty drizzly and by the end throwing it down, so that was a shame. Ach, Scotland.
