1. Off to Girvan to support a fellow Firstport funded social enterprise and the first farmers market. It's a very good thing.

2. I spend most of the day in the excellent community garden. A wee gem of a place.

3. In the dome another Firstport funded entrepreneur leads a mural making workshop and we sit, protected from the rain, surrounded by growth making a big picture together out of discarded things.

4. Later, we go for a meal in a pop up Italian restaurant. Someone who saw a gap in the market and filled it with simple, excellent pasta and an awesome Nutella cheesecake.

5. Girvan. On a Friday night. An unusually sweet and exciting experience.
