Ominous

After a fairly hefty evening meal (healthy as well!) I wandered out for a walk. Have to keep moving - it's when I stop that everything hurts.

I was fully expecting the clouds to burst, but I managed my 3 miles without incident.

Busy day doing some work, after having a walk with James to the coffee emporium where he begins working next week some time. Staff discount already in action, which was a nice little bonus.

Watching Lethal Weapon 3 with Corin and the cat. Feeling quite at peace with the world currently (and without alcohol too!)
