Up the creek without a Paddle!

Mr W and I went on a date to Hever Castle in Kent. It was Anne Boleyn home,  (2nd wife to Henry VIII ) which was quite apt as Mr W is also known as Henry. (Im Catherine Parr - the one that survives! You work it out!!) We had a great day out but it was totally packed.

I really wanted to hire out a boat on the lake but they were all taken so I made Mr W walk round it instead then I found this one!! 

On the way out, I made Mr take out a years membership so we could go back another day and hire a boat ON the water WITH oars!!

My lovely friend Penny then came over for dinner. We had a giggle at Peter Kays car share and chatted the night away.
