The first thing my exchange supervisor in Edinburgh said when introducing the Seoul placements was "Don't eat the live octopus"...but when the boss of your lab and all the 20 other people who you work with are telling you to try it, it's hard to say no!! It's pretty chewy and the taste's not great!
