Mount Torlesse at Dawn
This morning when it was hardly light and clouds out east were pink I popped my head out of the back door to see what sort of day it would be. This is what I saw. Those dark clouds so often herald a warm nor’wester, and that is what we got. In the afternoon there was sunshine as well. I had four loads of washing, with wet things having to queue for line space, and I was able to put in plants that have been waiting some time.
With all the rain in the last two weeks the ground is now damp to deep levels.
