Wedding Day!

Today we attended the wedding of our niece and what a very special occasion it was!  The young couple chose to have their ceremony and reception at the bride's home, which made it a very lovely and personal experience.  The weather came good for us too!  Violet made a very charming flower girl and I've put a picture of her on Instagram.
Posting anything has proved rather difficult as the internet connection has been poor, wherever we've been, so this blip is a couple of days behind.  I'm posting this on Saturday sitting in our apartment on the 46th floor of the Q1 building on the Gold Coast, Queensland: pics of the amazing view will appear very soon!
