Night do

Catching up with my blip. Hopefully I'll be synch'ed up this evening.

This is from a stroll through Fort Collins last night. Nice town: I suspect it's one of those 'best kept secrets' of the area...

Spent the morning with our friends in Denver, then drove up here, got settled and went canyon exploring. We did La Poudre canyon and river, part of which was affected by the wildfires which ran through Colorado earlier this summer. Impressive to see how entire mountain spans were reduced to cinder; even more impressive to observe nature starting to reassert itself. There are a handful of houses throughout the canyon and all of them had signs in their yard thanking the firefighters for their work.

Off to watch our daughter's practice and then game later today.
