Eider Duck

A sunny but blustery day in Fife. Plenty of folk about walking the parts of the coastal path. L and I walked from St Monans to Pittenweem (coffee stop) then on to Anstruther (lunch) and finally Cellardyke where we met up with friends.

This eider duck was swimming about with some of his pals in Pittenweem Harbour. I think he was enjoying the sunshine too.
I love these streamlined sea ducks with the easily recognised markings.
