First Poppy of the year!

This is the lovely sight that greeted me when I went into the garden earlier ....... my first Welsh Poppy in flower ...... very cheerful :-)

We have seen a little sunshine today ...... but tomorrow's forecast is looking decidedly damp ....... not the type of weather we would wish for ...... but typical of a Bank Holiday weekend! Hopefully Monday will be better :-)
