Babycham

The vintage Babycham glasses were a birthday present from R, which I intended to blip, but the occasion doesn't seem to have arisen. So here's one of them displaying some spiced candied kumquats (fruit of the market on Wednesday). They are delicious. I also used the special sweet lemon the stallholder gave me to make the filling for some mini lemon meringue tarts, which were good too. Surplus egg white now turning into meringues in the oven. Next up, what to do with the 2 kg of strawberries that S bought today ...

We're off out for another attempt to see the film Sage-Femme. Will report back tomorrow.
