Woodshop

I took Sebastien and Rick to the wood-shop this morning to see the boat bed I am making for Sebastien. He has seen photos as it progresses, but this was the first time he saw it in person. 

He started by grinning from ear to ear, and then he looked all around it and repeated his dad's words several times: "I've never seen a bed this big!"

(If you'd like to see what he was looking at, the latest photo of the bed (from this evening) is in the extra photo. I still have a bit of work to do in the bow, some trim to add, some sanding to do, and then I'll finish it with polyurethane and take it home. I can't wait!)
