Didn't sleep much on long flight but managed some on the hop from Dublin, then home and straight to bed for a couple of hours. Up and into town with S for a wander. Much colder than Washington, but sunny and nice to see the 'burgh looking it's enduring magnificent self.
Stoppedfor tea and scones in a sheltered corner outside, looked at various coats and talked overseas trips, family, work and holidays....
