Moon

I had a rather fractured journey to work this morning. When I got to the train station at the usual time I was rather taken aback to find the barriers down, all the trains cancelled, and police buzzing around the local streets. It turned out that someone had been struck by a train at the very next station up - maybe fatally, maybe not: I've heard different reports. Pretty grim either way. I ended up having to whizz through various backstreets to avoid the suddenly lengthening tailbacks as everyone changed their travel plans. But I got to my desk on time and my work was done! Just up from the station I took this photo of a rather scuddy morning sky, complete with a moon reluctant to go home.
