Air

From Scarborough we drove over to Teesdale and stayed overnight in the car park of the Moorcock Inn at Eggleston. From there it was home the pretty way via the tops and Alston - most of which was obscured in mist.

This layby above Middle-in-Teesdale affords one of my all-time favourite views and I would often stop here to drink it all in when I lived in the area. The sculpture, "Air", is new.
