National Garden Scheme

Went with a friend to St Merryn, a garden in Braunton, which was open to day in aid of the National Gardens Scheme. This nation wide charity raises money for nursing charities. See www.ngs.org.uk  for further information. People open their gardens at different times of the year, and for a small fee you can wander around the garden, maybe buy a plant or two, and like Janet and I buy a cream tea. It was a bit chilly but dry :-)
