London Paralympics 2012

A day out of at the Olympic Park. We got to see some 100m, some 200m, some 800m, some long jump, some javelin and some discus.

I was never a track and field fan - but I really enjoyed my day out.

Tired, even though I went in the wheelchair, and sunburnt.

It was fun (even if the stadium is so not disabled friendly).

"Inspire a generation" - well maybe a bit (although not in the sporting way they had in mind). I have a bracelet that says "Change your thoughts, change your world"... maybe just a little bit.
