Heeds or bowls

After yesterday's abject failiure to produce a blip I was a bit spoilt for choice today. Went on a site visit with Gajin' Aboot Gaj, his colleague Euan and my colleague Heather to have a look at the Kelvingrove lawn bowls venue (see my blip from 2nd September).

Seemingly the public are now allowed to use the greens - there was a chap bowling away (who I photographed fairly successfully) and a nice lass appeared from the pavillion and offered us some bowls, should we want a shot.

Whilst Heather was keen to have a go, Gaj and Euan were more interested in checking out where the technical compound (or something...) is going to be sited in 2014. Popped into the museum and took some shots of the heeds, one of which is today's blip, then popped into the pub, hence my ramblings.
