Happy Easter!

Beth has been baking again! Creme Egg cupcakes. Each delicious treat has a whole mini creme egg inside, one on top and a drizzle of cream egg fondant over the top!
She's only been home from Uni a week and I have already gone up a dress size!
Extra are home made meringues with a mango cream filling, passion fruit coulis and topped with a raspberry!
